Night of Rock

Saturday, March 14, 2009 is a night that will go down in infamy. It will forever be known as the Night of Rock. And oh how we rocked. We rocked on a technicolor cloud of maple smoke thinking of nothing but the fans and the music. We were golden gods!

So basically the Hendersons invited a bunch of us over for a Rock Band party and Rich and Erika really went the extra mile with decorations, stage lights and a fog machine - which incidentally pumped out maple syrup scented fog (random and hilarious). We all dressed up as rockers - some were rockers in general and others were specific rockers. Mark and I went as John and Yoko. (I realize that you may have thought that was actually a photo of John and Yoko, but don't be fooled, it's just us.) It was a hilarious and fabulous night and if I have anything to say about it (and you know I do), it will definitely become a regular event!

In fact Mark is already planning his next costume, he's thinking something like this (don't be jealous):

I'm so glad you guys could make it! Although we rocked pretty hard, I'm sure that we only left our fans clamoring for more! So, we'll have to schedule another tour soon....

btw - the John Lennon/Yoko Ono thing was huge. Erika and I might try to coordinate more next time - Sonny and Cher maybe?

Yes - coordinating is the most fun! And who could beat Sonny & Cher? Except maybe Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus!! Haha. Actually we may just do that- cause if Mark is Billy Ray Cyrus, I think I have to be Hannah Montana!
