A New Member of the Crenshaw Clan

As many of you may know John and Amanda were expecting their first baby, due May 8, but she was in a hurry to get here cause Amanda went into labor very early this morning at 30 weeks. And at 6:58am (MST) Abigail Marie Crenshaw was born! She is a wee 3 lbs 5 oz, and is currently in the NICU at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, ID. She's breathing on her own and is only on a 'breathing tube' to help her lungs continue to develop, but seems very healthy and strong. So John and Amanda are both very optimistic that everything is going to be OK. Amanda is doing well too despite having her first baby without even going to birthing class - they were scheduled to start the class tomorrow night! (So they can just cancel that and save the $50...) So keep baby Abby in your prayers.

Wow!! That is amazing. I am glad everyone is doing ok! Can't wait to see the pictures. I have been to Madison Memorial several times because my roommate at Ricks worked there and I'd go visit her :) This brought back some fun memories.

She is beautiful, Auntie Heather! I will definitely keep them in our prayers. Does this hinder your plans for him to move in with you and Mark?

Actually the plan was for them to move in a few months after they had Abby, around August. So since she arrived early, they may end up moving earlier than originally planned. But we'll see what happens...
