Butterfly in the Sky

My sister Laura and her family are in town, so on Saturday we all went to the NC Museum of Life and Science. We took Lily with us so Susy and Todd could relax at home with Claire. And since both Mark and John had to work it ended up being Travis and a bunch of girls! (Poor Travis...) But we had a great time and the girls especially loved the Butterfly House.

Or maybe it looked more like Travis and his hareem of wives and kids?!?! Sorry...I was watching a show on this man in England with 5 wives who grow their hair out but hide it under hats. Yeah...weird show and is still on my brain! Did you know you were just down the road from me?

Lisa- I had to hold myself back from saying it looked like Travis and his many wives! So we are definitely on the same page. And I didn't know you lived right near there... next time we're calling you and you can join us! If only you'd come this time, then Travis would have had himself a brown wife too! :)

How fun! So, our butterfly house has the exact same butterfly bench. Do you think you can order it on line at IKEA?

P.S. When we went to the butterfly house my friend said she couldn't get the Reading Rainbow themesong out of her head. Ha!

Melissa - Yes, I love Reading Rainbow. And also I just googled it and for a mere $3,700 you can get the very same butterfly bench for yourself from Neiman Marcus. That seems pretty reasonable...
